About

Celia is a PhD candidate at Harvard Business School focusing on administrative burden and its contribution to provider burnout and in turn patient outcomes in the US healthcare system. Her goal is to address persistent inefficiencies - ones that have been frequently addressed and to poor effect. In particular, she is interested in using System Dynamics methods (a methodological framework to understand, and manage change by modeling the relationships between all parts of a system to see how those relationships influence the behavior of the system over time) to address points of friction during healthcare delivery leading to both patient and provider burnout and stress which mutually reinforce each other.
